Georgia Cassimatis

Georgia Cassimatis is an author and journalist. After finishing her Masters Degree in Journalism where she majored in print media and television, winning an award for sitcom writing and for her documentary on Australian politician Tanya Plibersek, she began her career as a contributing writer on Cosmopolitan magazine. She was appointed the editor of tween magazine Barbie shortly after and spent the next two years interviewing teen idols and organizing fashion shoots before being lured to Los Angeles where she spent the next eight years working as an on-camera reporter and an entertainment, travel, lifestyle, health and wellbeing writer for magazines worldwide.
