Peter Stanley

Peter Stanley, a Research Professor at UNSW Canberra, has published various books, mainly on Australian military-social history, though he has also written on British imperial military history, battlefield research, medical history and bushfires. Peter is well-known for his television and radio appearances and for his outspoken involvement in representing history as President of Honest History. He has been elected a Fellow of the Australian Academy of the Humanities and also writes historical fiction.
